This app was created to accompany an existing digital product.
User feedback indicated that the target audience of Mosby's Consult (clinical nurses) appreciated the content of the product, but wanted to be able to access selected information in the product at the bedside in a point-of-care setting. I worked with customers to understand what kind of information they needed most and how to format existing information for a small screen. Based on feedback, I created mockups, workflows, and interactive designs, which I took back to the customers to get additional feedback and design validation.
I also worked closely with, and facilitated communication between, the external developers working on the navigation framework and the internal developers working on the mobile content.
